About
Hi, I'm Emma.
Turvi Creative was founded in 2021.
I work with entrepreneurs and business owners
who are carrying every part of their business
themselves.
Who I work with
Where you are
Ready to grow and to change how things run, but overloaded, close to burnt out, and in need of real support.
Who you are
Entrepreneurs and owners in the services industry, from retreat centres and wellness practices to the businesses that keep a town running.
What I do
I get inside the operations, the people and the numbers, build what is missing, whether that is a process, a hiring package, a pricing model or a website, and stay until it is part of how you work.
The belief
The personal always feeds the business.
How you lead your team is downstream of how you are doing. So every call starts with how you are, and I will not pretend the business exists separately from the person running it. It also means willingness to change is the one thing I need from you. If you are not open to running things differently, the work will not hold, and I would rather bring awareness to this here.
What drives me
Care
People first, including your staff.
Plain Honesty
The recommendation and the reason, and what is still open.
Ownership
I measure myself on whether the process is used, and I say so when it is not.
Practicality
Simplify first, automate second.
Depth over Volume
The right clients, for me and for you.

Background
Before Turvi I built escalation and claims processes at Uber and ran onboarding and training at ActiveCampaign, where documenting handoffs properly took a support team's ticket reopen rate from 20% to 11%. I have also worked inside agencies and events, which is where the brand and website side comes from. I am self-taught in most of the tools a small business already has, and comfortable working in whatever you are using. If you have the tools but no real idea what is happening inside them, I can train you and your team to use them properly.
Where I am
The Central Coast of NSW, Australia. I work with clients across Oceania and North America, and about half of them are in British Columbia, so I keep hours that work on both sides of the Pacific.
