01

Operations and systems

How the business runs, written down and set up so it does not depend on you remembering.

Intake, booking, follow-up, files, and the tools that hold it together. I map how it works today, simplify it, and only then set up software. Free tools first where they do the job.

First month
A map of how work comes in and gets done, the two or three gaps that cost you the most, and the first one fixed.
For example
A retreat centre's facilitator bookings, from an enquiry form to a deposit gate, with nothing promised until the agreement and deposit are in.

02

Coaching and strategy

A thinking partner for the decisions that keep living in your head.

Discovery, priorities, offers, pricing, and the three-year picture. I will tell you what I recommend and why, and then it is your call, written down as your call.

First month
The discovery session, a proposal, and the first two priorities in motion.
For example
A pricing floor for a trades business that was quoting a different number to every customer.

03

Human resources

Hiring, onboarding, agreements, leadership training and the hard conversations, done with care for the person on the other side.

The HR your business needs, without a department. I write the job description, run the hiring process, draw up the agreement and build the onboarding. I train newly hired managers, and existing ones growing into the role, in how to lead a small team. When someone is struggling or leaving, I help with the conversation, the mediation and a clean offboarding.

Included
Job descriptions and role design · hiring process and interview guides · employment and contractor agreements · onboarding · leadership training for new and growing managers · pay, travel and bonus policies · probation and 90-day reviews · mediation · offboarding.
First month
The role written down, the hiring package ready, and the first interviews run against it.
For example
A cleaning company growing from one person to a team: job descriptions, a hiring process with a trial shift, agreements signed online, an onboarding guide, and a ramp plan with leadership coaching for the first manager.

04

Money clarity

Books you can trust, prices that cover real costs, and a number for what each job actually makes.

Xero or QuickBooks, set up properly with bank feeds and rules. Job profitability worked out from the real numbers. GST and tax preparation done with your bookkeeper and accountant, not around them.

First month
Bank feeds connected, the chart of accounts cleaned, and one honest month of money in and money out.
For example
A job profitability model that told an owner his real margin for the first time.

05

Brand and website

The brand strategy as groundwork, then a website that sounds like you and sells the right work.

Run in phases: brand strategy, visual identity, website strategy and page outlines, then copy and build. I bring in a photographer or designer where the work needs one, and I stay the strategist rather than the daily content maker.

First month
A brand strategy session and a written brand strategy, before any colour or font is chosen.
For example
A cleaning company's brand direction, brand book and website plan, with the founder's story at the centre.
