Privacy policy
Last updated 27 September 2026. Emma Rachael Dorrel, trading as Turvi Creative (ABN 28 854 805 733), is the business this policy covers.
What I collect
When you book a call or email me, I collect what you give me: your name, email address, business name, and anything you write about your business. If we work together, I also hold the information needed to do the work and to invoice you, such as your billing address and the documents you share with me.
This website does not use a contact form and does not set advertising cookies. Bookings are made through Google Calendar, which has its own privacy policy.
How I use it
To reply to you, to run the initial call and any work that follows, to invoice you, and to keep records I am required to keep for tax. I do not sell personal information and I do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who else sees it
The tools I run the business on: Google Workspace (email, calendar, documents), Xero (invoicing), Toggl (time tracking), and the hosting for this site. Each is bound by its own privacy terms. I do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it or you ask me to.
How long I keep it
Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for the period Australian tax law requires afterwards, then deleted. If we only ever had a initial call, your details are deleted within twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask to see what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where I am not required to keep it. Email turtz@turvicreative.com.au and I will reply within 14 days. Australian clients are covered by the Privacy Act 1988. Canadian clients are covered by PIPEDA and, in British Columbia, PIPA.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
